2016 VOC Track & Field Training Schedule.

We offer world-class track & field training in all events. Athletes are encouraged to participate in training and in the  meets throughout the Lower Mainland , Provincially, Nationally and Internationally.

Note: Practice for the JD group will start indoors on Thursday, January 14 and outdoors on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. The 14+ group will start Saturday, January 9, 2016. There will be no training during Spring Break. There will be Spring Break Camp on March 21-25, 2016.

Note: Saturday training will be until the end of April and the rest TBD by the coaches. The last training for all groups will be on July 2016 (TBC after BC Athletics Fixture Congress). The athletes who qualify for the Canadian Legion Championships will continue training until August 2, 2016.

Cross Country 2016

VOC cross country takes place from September to the third week of November. Athletes can choose to compete in a variety of meets around the Lower Mainland or simply use the endurance training help them excel at other sports, like soccer.

The first practice will be on Thursday, September 8, 2016  for both groups. Please see the times below:
